Full Body Workout With Theraband Exercises

Training with the Thera-band is very popular and widely used in the fitness sector. That's no wonder, because apart from the practical advantages (small, handy, inexpensive, can be taken anywhere), the Thera-band is also a true all-rounder from a training point of view.

Compared to all other training devices, training with the Thera-band is much more versatile. Since the load can be applied in all possible directions, there is also an infinite variety of exercises with which absolutely all muscle groups can be trained.

The versatility of the exercises enables a load on the deep muscles and thus improves intermuscular coordination. Functional training like this has a stabilizing effect and helps to improve body posture significantly.

Different Strengths Of Thera Bands 

For successful training, the load during the exercise must be adapted to the corresponding muscle strength. The larger and stronger the muscles, the greater the training resistance must be chosen. For this reason, there are thera bands in different strengths. The different strengths are represented by different colors of the straps, which can differ depending on the manufacturer. The table below lists the color mapping to the resistance range of the Gorilla sports  bands. 

Thera-band Exercises For All Muscle Groups

If you want to train all muscles as part of a full-body workout, you don't have to do all the exercises shown below, just one exercise per muscle. Due to the different exercise variants, there are several ways to claim the target muscles.
